• $1B+ market exists in eye-care but is currently underserved; specifically north India remains a significantly poorly served market compared to the South India
• Viable business models have developed in South India for eye-care but have not been replicated in North India

• Potential to achieve a cumulative outreach of over 500,000 people in the income segment earning an individual income of below INR 10,000 per month by 2014-2015
